Just tell me the story. Just tell it, quietly and at a reasonable pace. Please.

Rant of the day
Call me a grumpy old lady, but tv these days piss me off to no end. I'm trying to watch something really interesting about old relics on National Geographic. But for some entirely unknown reason they have felt it necessary to film the whole thing with some bizarre shaky camera action, filming people from a distance hidden behind trees, and cutting so rapidly from angle to angle that one gets motion sickness from watching it. And the narrator shouts ridiculous exaggerations as if the story is so thin and boring he has to draw the attention away from it, whilst overly dramatic music blares. And they constantly keep trying to make the viewer believe what happens on the screen is entirely unscripted and spontaneous. Please, National Geographic: DO NOT TAKE ME FOR AN IDIOT.
