Advertising on the radio here in Australia is really quite odd. This morning there was a traffic report that went something like this:
- Traffic on Pacific Highway is running smoothly at the moment. We have a report of an accident on the M4 near Homebush so expect delays there, and also there is a young lion who just can't wait to be king - which means the Lion King is out on DVD and Blu-ray!
Seriously. Sometimes it's a family car and sometimes it's home insurance, but they always throw something more or less absurd in mid-sentence.
