This morning I dragged Dwayne out of bed at 6.30am and we headed for Coogee by bus. From there we took the gorgeous
coastal walk all the way to Bondi beach. It was just us and a few hundred joggers in the morning... Hard to think that this country has an obesity problem when everyone seems to be a dedicated runner (and Sydney has a lot of hills).
