It has occurred to me that Swedes are dairy nerds. The dairy isles in Swedish supermarkets are miles long. The varieties are endless. Everything that's ever been derived from a lactating cow/sheep/goat is available, and everything from yoghurt to quark comes in a minimum of twelve different flavours.
I miss it. I sometimes wake up in the morning and could kill for a bowl of "filmjölk" (preferably paired with a rough piece of rye bread covered in liver paté).
